It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emogene Scutchfield of Marysville, Michigan, born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on March 23, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Thacker and Mary Thacker; and her siblings, Curtis, Vester, Chester, Jesse, Ray, Minnie, Mabel and Nancy Jane.
She is survived by: her husband Ed Scutchfield; her children, Sondra Maryon (Joseph) and Eddie Scutchfield Jr. (Diane); and her grandchildren, Julie Maryon, Greg Maryon (Amy), Katie Frazer (Jeff), Christopher Scutchfield (Marnie), Kelly Ehrenberg and Kevin Scutchfield. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
