He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Kujat and Caroline Kujat. He is survived by: his wife Audrey "Joann" Spencer; his daughters, Kris Bradel (Pete) and Kim McKay (David); his grandsons, Michael McKay (Jacquelyn) and Matthew McKay (Michael Maurer); his great grandchild Joelle Marie McKay; and his sister-in-law Joyce Spencer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Michael, Matthew and David McKay, Pete Bradel, John Crisenbery and Brian Spencer.Memorial contributions may be made to the Visiting Nurses Association.
