He is survived by: his wife Sara; his children, Charles Ouellette Jr. (Stephanie), Rebecca Padhy (Tapan) and Lisa Rydzinski (Mike); his grandchildren, Richard Jackovich (Kortney), Katie Mead (Zachary), Megan Rydzinski, Karan Ram and Ariyana Padhy; and his brother-in-law V. William Adams.
