It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty L Keener of Marysville, Michigan, born in Port Huron, Michigan, who passed away on July 9, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Horn and Nellie Whitican Horn. She is survived by: her stepmother Pearl Parrish Horn; her husband Bill Keener; her children, Stephen (Christal Keener) of Ohio and Judith (Robert Stevens) of Grand Blanc; and her grandchildren, Corrie Atkins (Tyler), Mallory Keener, Dana Bleicher (Matthew), Laura Westlake (Justin) and Benjamin Stevens (Trisha). She is also survived by great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Horn. Due to the pandemic a private family service will be held. The family wishes to sincerely thank the staff at Marwood Nursing and Rehab.
She fought a long fight with Alzheimer's disease and is at peace now.She was born May 25, 1932 in Port Huron to the late Charles and Nellie Whitican Horn.
