She is survived by: her husband Bruce Lee Carney; her parents, Edward Austin and Helen Austin; her sister Faye Raeburn; her children, Bryan Carney (Theresa), Marcy Boshart (Scott) and Marla Ross (Doug); and her siblings, Karen O'Hanlon (Jerry) and Edd Austin (Fay).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Garden's Elementary School Library in remembrance of Alayne Carney.
