The passing of Marion A. Emmendorfer of Martin, Michigan leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on November 2, 2024 at the age of 67. She was predeceased by: her parents, Huubrecht Dijk and Maartje Dijk (Van Nispen); and her brothers-in-law, Michael, Carl, Kenneth and John Emmendorfer.
She is survived by: her husband Dale Emmendorfer; her children, Rosemary Oskvarek (Peter), Dennis Emmendorfer and Jeremy Emmendorfer (Jada Smith); her grandchildren, Avery, Isabelle, Abigail, Benjamin, Jacob, Lenynn, Lydia and Lyle; her brother Peter Dijk; and her siblings-in-law, JoAnn Emmendorfer (Mario), Alan Emmendorfer (Naoma), Norman Emmendorfer, Janice Emmendorfer Mahan (Bruce), Daniel Emmendorfer (Chris), Mary Emmendorfer, Phillip Emmendorfer and Roger Emmendorfer (Sarina). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mcgeehan Funeral Homes - Martin Chapel (316 W Broad St, Chesaning, MI 48616). A rosary was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Michael Catholic Church of Maple Grove (17994 Lincoln Rd, New Lothrop, MI 48460).
