He was predeceased by: his siblings, Louise Scott, Mary Erickson, Evelyn Hohman, Oswald Weinert, Ernie Weinert, Fred Weinert, Carl Weinert and Clarence Weinert.
He is survived by: his wife Ann of Marshall; his children, David Weinert (Cindi) of Santa Barbara, Gary Weinert (Nancy) of Bloomfield Hills and Diane Weinert of Grand Rapids; his grandchildren, Annalise, Andrew, Madison, Kendall and Colin; and his siblings, Otto Weinert of Crystal Falls and Dorothy Sahn of Escanaba. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
