He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Winter and Eva Winter (Parker); his wife Beulah Lucille Winter; his siblings, Richard Winter, Russell Winter, Bernadine Bishop and Virginia Spear; and his son-in-law Marshall Bishop (Vera).
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Bishop of Portage and Rebecca Winter of Meridian, Idaho; and his grandchildren, Eric Bishop (Holly) of Stockton Springs, Kathryn Hsu-Bishop (Jen) of Kalamazoo, Amy Pettinger (Craig) of Aumsville, Jenny Hamblin (Mitch Maciona) of Boise and Andrew Hamblin (Anna Goodman) of Portland, Oregon. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
