He was predeceased by: his brothers, Jerry and David Vincent. He is survived by: his caregiver Aid; his wife Donna Vincent (Munger); and his children, Sally Sipress (Derick), Sandra Shroll (Billy) and Thomas Vincent (Michelle). He is also survived by Seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to the American Red Cross and preferred over flowers.
