He is survived by: his children, Mary Monarch (Bill), Kenny Rapp and Rodney Rapp (Katrina); his grandchildren, Courtney Horner (Josh), Rodney Rapp Jr., Shane Rapp, Cody, Benjamin Rapp, Katelyn Cottingham (Brandon) and Joseph Monarch; his great grandchildren, Zach, Chelsee, Larry, Brantley, Remi Horner, Whitney, Zoe, Paisley and Kailey Cottingham; his sisters-in-law, Janice Buskirk (Terry) and Mary Little; and his brothers, Rodger and Bruce Rapp. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
