He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Palmer and Helen Palmer (Bolander). He is survived by: his wife Debra Cantwell; his children, Pamela Leech (Ron) of Ontario, Sherry Sillman of Shipshewana, Richard Palmer II (Debbie) of Poolesville, Harry Palmer (Sherry) of West Bloomfield, Barbara Madden (Timothy) of Kalamazoo, Michael Libbrecht (Renee) of Greenville, Kristen Willitts (Andrew) of Battle Creek and Alexis Palmer of Marshall; and his sister Peggy Robbins (Phil) of Marshall. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
