He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Miller and Leona Miller (Alberts); his wife Kathy; his son Steve Miller; his foster daughter Clifena Yellowfox-Barner; and his siblings, Dennis Miller, Diane Miller and Kenneth Miller.
He is survived by: his daughter Christine Schuette (Paul) of Marshall, Michigan; his daughter-in-law Lee Ann Miller; his grandchildren, Josh Frye (Rebecca Lehmann), Jamey Heemer (Ryan), Ashly Richardson (Tara) and Aleasha Bruinekool (Alexander); his great grandchildren, Nolyn Wyatt, Kaleb, Bella Heemer, Asa, Zephyr Lehmann-Frye, Nova and Lucas Richardson; his siblings, Kathy Wilson of Mesick, Gerald Miller (Sheryl) of Coldwater, Melissa Sims (Darrell) of Lexington and Mike Miller (Mary) of Marshall, Michigan; and his sons-in-law, Phil Frye and Glenn Barner.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kempf Family Funeral and Cremation Services (723 US Hwy 27 N, Marshall, MI 49068). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the Maria's Uncorked (116 E Michigan Ave, Marshall, MI 49068).
