We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2021, at the age of 88, Philip Rutherford Glotfelty D. III of Marshall, Michigan, born in Carbondale, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Philip Glotfelty and Rev. Alma Glotfelty (Buess); his sister Phyllis R. Maxwell; and his nieces and nephews, Greg and Leslie Maxwell.
He is survived by: his son Steve; his wife Marlene; his children, Philip R Glotfelty IV (Suzi) of Cincinnati, Ohio, Stephen Glotfelty (Cheryll) of Sparks, Nevada, Martha J. Jennings (Peter) of Winston-Salem and Rebecca Glotfelty (Jerry) of Charlevoix; his grandchildren, Philip Glotfelty (Elle), Peter (Meredith), Parker Glotfelty, Spencer Jennings, Gretchen Bruner (David) and Rosa Landis (Robert); and his great grandchildren, Rudy Glotfelty, Sierra Bruner and Calais Bruner.
His passing was due to complications from Covid-19 and Alzheimer's Disease.
