He was predeceased by: his parents, Miguel Casarez and Ramona Casarez (Amaro); and his siblings, Amelia Aleman, Ricardo "Magic" Casarez and Stevie Casarez.
He is survived by: his wife Kelly Kenworthy; his children, Michaela Christofferson (Joseph), Macey Casarez and Kaine Casarez; his grandchildren, Kaisen, Ridge Christofferson, Aabriella Casarez and Emmett Dart; and his siblings, Ema Ortiz, Felipe Casarez, Jeffery Casarez (Lisa), Mario Casarez and Monica Ramirez (Fred).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kempf Family Funeral and Cremation Services - Marshall (723 US Hwy 27 N, Marshall, MI 49068). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In honor of Mike's memory, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Elara Caring Hospice.
