He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Richard and Hazel Mae Midlam (Cushman); and his sister Brenda Young (Alan) of Olivet. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Midlam (Mary) of Olivet, Ken Midlam (Linda) of Rogers, AR, Dale Midlam of Olivet, Sheila McConnel (Tim) of Maurice, IA, Marcia Midlam of Indiana, Lisa Midlam (Paula Boehler) of Vancouver, WA and Linda Young of Olivet; his sisters-in-law, Trina Walton of Florida and Becky Midlam of Arkansas; his friend Carmen Ripley; and also Garrette.
