It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jane Walkley (Marshall, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on September 27, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert M. Barnebee and Eva B. Barnebee (West); her husband Dr. Roland A. "Bud" Walkley; her parents-in-law, Dr. E. O. and Marie Walkley; her siblings-in-law, Lois and Luis E. Godde; her grandparents, Moses Taft, Rebecca Jane Barnebee (Schoonover), Jay D. and Luella C. West (Fuller); and her siblings, Gertrude Smith (Seymour), Katholine Mowry (Carl), Margarette Javery (Oliver), Moses Barnebee (Marie) and Albert J. Barnebee.
She is survived by: her former spouse Dr. R. A. Walkley (Bud); her nephew Luis "Beau" Godde (JoAnn) of Marshall; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Shelly, Leslie and Gregg Godde; her sister-in-law Jean Barnebee; and her nieces and nephews, Marilyn Lapham, Kazuko Smith, Linda Beauchamp, Virginia Smith, Bob Mowry (Gloria), Bill Mowry (Liz), Diana Peterson (Fred), Eileen Mowry, Ann Peck (David), Barbara Spottek (Randy), Connie Roe, Albert M. Barnebee (Julie), Richard Javery (Edith), Arthur Javery (Dixie), Sharon Javery, Jill Jorgenson (Butch), Jim Barnebee (Kathy) and Janis Steeves. She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
