She is survived by: her husband Mike Wales; her daughters, Michelle Smitherman (Todd) and Missy Painter (Matt); her grandchildren, Marisa Conklin (Sam), Cassie Smitherman and Taylor Smitherman; her great grandchild Lucas Conklin; her sister Dawn Gwillim; her stepsiblings, Ken Pagel (Jennifer), Dr. Kelly Morgan and Rick Rivard (Ben Boerkoel); and her pets, Ginger, Mays and Josey.
