She is survived by: her husband Kevin; her daughter Mia; her sisters, Amy Brehm, Kristen Kempton, Misti Cody (Jesse) and Tiffany Crapo (Josh); her stepdaughters, Ellie and Grace Bunn; and her siblings-in-law, Russell Bunn (Ellen) and Erin Gorham (Brian).
The family requests in lieu of flowers contributions may be directed toward medical and funeral expenses.
