She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Spillane and Nola Spillane (Thornton); her spouse Glen Askew; and her siblings, Irene Leffler and Howard Spillane.
She is survived by: her daughter Leissa; her son-in-law Craig Turner; her grandchildren, Brandon Turner, Kaitlyn Turner and Stephen Turner; her great grandchild Carson Turner; her niece Patricia Eutsey; and her nephew Michael Spillane (Pamela Spillane).
