He is survived by: his spouse Terry Mulkey; his sons, Joshua Mulkey (Tonya) and Nicholas Mulkey (Amanda); his grandchildren, Clayton Mulkey, Hunter Mulkey, Hannah Mulkey, Avery Mulkey, Alivia Mulkey and Elly Mae Mulkey; and his father-in-law Fred Tucker.
