James A. Beattie Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2022, at the age of 88, James A. Beattie of Marshall, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly Beattie; his parents, Leland Beattie and Thelma Beattie; and his sister Lorretta Nobbs. He is survived by: his brothers, Donald Beattie and Alfred Beattie (Heidi); and his children, Kirk Rogers (Stephanie), Tim Beattie (Emily), Cindy Heath (Karl) and Lori Miller.

He also enjoyed eating almost as much – The crew at Denny's got to see him and take care of him daily prior to the pandemic which he truly appreciated & enjoyed bantering with everyone that served his many meals there.

The family asks that instead of flowers, contributions be made to Oaklawn Hospice.
