It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Herman Vaulkner (Marshall, Michigan), born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, who passed away on June 16, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Valkner and Anna Valkner (Myner); his daughter April Kay Vaulkner; his son-in-law Jack Dinnan; and his granddaughter Becky Combs Day.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Irish; his daughters, Kelly Dinnan and Kim Day (Bill); his grandsons, Will Day (Sarah), Randy Day (Krystal) and Justin Day (Laura); his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Emily, Hailey, Kody, Lucas, Colton, Caitlynn, Clayton and Bridger Day; his sister Donna Clift; his brother-in-law Elmer Irish (Mary); and his close friends, Dave and Chris Davis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
