He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Burrows and Elnora Burrows (Bass); and his siblings, Lon and Gabrielle. He is survived by: his wife Debra Burrows (Waidelich); his children, Kari Dillard (Robert) and Kevin Burrows; his grandchildren, Gavin, Josephine, Noah and Nathan; and his siblings, Robert Burrows, Sondia Burrows, Creighton Burrows, Linda and Julie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
