He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Vance and Dessie Vance (Gordon); his wife Joan Cohen; and his sister Olive Hills. He is survived by: his sons, James (Michelle) of York, PA and Michael (Peggy) of Cave Creek, AZ; his grandchildren, Peyton of Nashville, TN, Megan, Jarrah Stephens (Spencer), Jackson and Logan; his great grandchild Jackson; and his brother-in-law James Cohen (Judy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
