It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Ratliff of Marshall, Michigan, born in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on March 13, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sanford Ratliff and Sadie Ratliff (Slusher); his wife Pamela Ratliff (Coats); and his siblings, Frank Ratliff and Dorothy Quada (Rodger).
He is survived by: his children, David Ratliff, Tami LeMay (Rick) and Mathew Ratliff (Cathren).
