He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Sebring and Clara E. Sebring (Sachjen); his wife Lillian Sebring (Baker); and his children, David Sebring, Jr. and Melissa K. Hoidsworth.

He is survived by: his daughter Rebekah Sebring (Doug Waidelich); and his cousin Bob "Butch" Sebring. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
