He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Steen and Viola Steen (Johnson); his son Richard "Rick"; and his brother Duane Steen. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Steen of Marquette; his daughter Terri Lynn Carriere (Greg) of Whitelaw, WI; his grandchildren, Christin Collier (Patrick), Alyssa Anderson (Richie) and Nicholas Carriere (Abby); his great grandchildren, Maverick and Joslyn Anderson; and his siblings, Darlene Webb (Russell), Sharon Koski and Randy Steen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
