It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Skewis of Marquette, Michigan, born in Ishpeming, Michigan, who passed away on September 25, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Skewis and Mary Lena Skewis (Willey); his wife Gwen; and his siblings, Herbert, William, Wallace, Henry, Richard Skewis, Carrie Maki and Frances Tasson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Ishpeming High School Alumni Association Scholarship Fund 319 E. Division St. Ishpeming, MI 49849 in memory of Bob.
