He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Matchett and Lorraine Matchett (Porta). He is survived by: his wife Paula Normand; his children, Jeffrey Matchett (Yvonne) of Taylor and Sarah Matchett of Marquette; his grandchildren, Jake, Joseph, Veronica, Jordan, Allen, Elliott, Elizabeth and Madi; and his great grandchild Briar.
