He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Harvey and Delores Kern; his granddaughter Olivia LeMoine; and his brother-in-law Allan Briere. He is survived by: his wife Bonita Harvey (Melka); his children, Mindey Talus (Brian) of Marquette, Caprice Feys (Tim) of Negaunee and Talon Harvey (Amy) of New Hudson, MI; his grandchildren, Estion LeMoine, Jack, Lucineia, Travis Harvey, Andrew, Derek and Cassie Feys; his sister-in-law Judith Briere; his nephew Craig; and his niece Lisa Capizzi.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed in Richard's memory to the DJ Jacobetti Michigan Veterans Facility.
