We bid farewell to Neil Woodrow Carlson of Marquette, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 3, 2025 at the age of 88. Neil Woodrow touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Carlson and Violet Carlson (Johnson); his wife Marjorie Petersen; his son Mark; his brothers, Ken, Dick and Philip; and his daughter-in-law Elizabeth La Panta.
He is survived by: his sons, Neil Carlson of Racine, WI and David Carlson of Fridley, MN; and his brothers, Bob Carlson (Carol), Roger Carlson and Jimmy "Boney" Carlson (Diane). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews & cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fassbender Swanson Hansen Funeral & Cremation Services (926 N 3rd St, Marquette, MI 49855). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
