She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Johnson and Carl Johnson; her in-laws, Lawrence and Ruth McLaughlin; her brother Don Johnson (Pat Johnson); her siblings-in-law, Marilee "Mim" Davidson and Edwin "Matt" Nelson; her niece Lee Anne Seppanen; her great grandchild Greyson Kent Rudness; and also Laurie McLaughlin Rudness.

She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" McLaughlin; her sons, Richard "Rick" McLaughlin (Dolly) and Robert McLaughlin; her sister Carolyn Nelson; and her grandchildren, Adam Rudness (Kim), Courtney Rudness, Richard "Ricky" McLaughlin and Nicholas McLaughlin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
