With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Katherine Larson of Marquette, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Katherine left this world on November 6, 2024 at the age of 70, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Katherine may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Katherine touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her husband Bruce Larson; her daughters, Karen Donato (Neil) of Canton, MI, Sarah Roumas (Nicholas) of Hudson, MA and Laura Jenks Robinson (Rashaad) of New York, NY; her grandchildren, Alyssa, Ava Donato, Anthony and Theodore Roumas; and her sisters, Nicole Byrd of Atlanta, GA and Jacqueline Wender (Paul) of Menlo Park, CA..
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Messiah Lutheran Church (305 W Magnetic St, Marquette, MI 49855).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Katherine's memory can be made to the Marquette Choral Society (PO Box 204, Marquette, MI 49855) or to U.P. Home Health and Hospice (1125 W. Ridge St., Marquette, MI 49855).
