She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell LaBlue and Corrine LaBlue (Cleary); her husband Robert "Bob" Webb; her grandchildren, Jesse Carter and Tiffany Carter; and her friends, Donald Papin and Louie DePetro.
She is survived by: her great great grandchildren, Judy, Scrapbooking and Bunko; her children, Bill Carter (Theresa), Deborah Zak, Cindy Petrocik, James Carter Webb, Dan Webb (Sara Switzer), Gayle Britton, Janni Webb, Becky Webb Graham and Darren Webb; her grandchildren, Joe Britton, Toby Britton, Gary Paulson, Stephanie Holdt (Tom Shone), Brittany Melton (Anthony), Sarah Petrocik, Joe Petrocik (Kelsey), Matt Carter, Nicole Carter (Josh Brown), Danae Ramirez, Mark Ramirez, Daniel Carter (Kelly), Paige Graham, Bob Webb and Jessica Carter; her sister Joanne McCreary (family: Sandy Thomsen); and her sister-in-law Irene Place (David). She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.
