He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip A. Hendrickson and Ruth Hendrickson (Helmes); and his brothers, Paul and Phillip. He is survived by: his significant other Diane Romatz; his significant other's son Steve Romatz (Melissa) of Hortonville, WI; his siblings, Christine "Tina" Ciesielczyk (Brian) of Ironwood, Rolf Hendrickson (Beth) of Ironwood, Jane Hendrickson of Minocqua, WI and Lisa Hendrickson Jorgensen (Wayne) of Lake Geneva, WI; his sister-in-law Carol Hendrickson of Bath, PA; his nieces and nephews, Amy, Jacob Ciesielczyk, Seth, Hannah Hendrickson, Rachel Williams, Rebecca Quinlan, Cory Hendrickson, Jamie Staniec and Liam Jeffrey Jorgensen; and also, Courtney, Jared, Dennis Romatz of Bangkok and Kaden. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Northern Michigan University and/or the Gogebic Community College Foundation in Ironwood.
