He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Holton McGladdery of Sunrise, KY and Germaine Manzanera of Oran. He is survived by: his daughter Kara Simone McGladdery (Jake Baron); his wife Dawn Eileen Karas; his siblings, Michelle Zdrojewski-Walmsley (James) and Craig Thompson (Donna); his brother-in-law William A. Karas II (Marsha Ryker); his grandchildren, Jocelyn, Alexandra, Ethan and Marcus Hildinger; and his son-in-law Steven Hildinger. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Guy's memory to the U.P. Luge Association of Negaunee or Bay Cliff Health Camp of Big Bay, MI.
