She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Jakubiak; her brothers, Clarence "Bum" Isaacson (Marion) and Kenneth Isaacson (Ruth); and her nephews, Lawrence and Kenneth Isaacson.

She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Brenda Pinskey (Michael), Christine Benard (Albert), Dr. Richard Isaacson (Rhonda), Rocky Isaacson (Aleksandra) and Robin "Ike" Isaacson (Kim).
