He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Cook and Ann Cook (Blemberg); and his sister Marilyn Cook Kahl. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Menucci; his sister Margaret Cook Ellis (Jay) of Delray Beach, Florida; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Kahl of Marquette, JoAnn Menucci Moon, Steve Moon, Michael Menucci and Cindy Bell Menucci. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Presque Isle Pavilion (3 Peter White Dr, Marquette, MI 49855).
