He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Woodbridge and Cecilia Fairbanks (Graham); and his siblings, Georgianna Orr and James Fairbanks. He is survived by: his wife Norma Dungan; his children, Katherine Rooks (Jason) of Phoenix, AZ, Michelle Fairbanks of Abington, MA and Charles P. Fairbanks of Marquette; his grandchildren, Dakota Rooks (Chelsea) and Jade Rayfield (Damion Acosta Martinez); and his great grandchild Thomas Rooks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
