She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Arley and L. Audry "Sally" Fisk; and her daughter-in-law Brenda. She is survived by: her siblings, Lawrence Fisk and Nancy Baldwin (Gary); her children, Tom III (Tammy), Todd (Nikki) and Angela; and her grandchildren, Aneleise, Daniel, Mark, Lilliana, Aiden, Anson, Ava and Lola. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her beloved church, St. Augustine Catholic Church, which held a special place in her heart.
