He was predeceased by: his brother Mark Hawley. He is survived by: his sons, Jacob Hawley and Joshua Hawley; his grandchildren, Alice Hawley, Mason Matthew Hawley and Miley Hawley; his parents, Warren Hawley and Judy Hawley; his siblings, Michael Hawley (Anne), Mary Ann Yowtz (Brooks), Martha Bartlett (Marty) and John Hawley (Stephanie); his sister-in-law Debbie Hawley; and his close friends, Jeff and Denise Herweyer of McBain. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
