He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bill, Rita Middleton, Fred and Garnet Kline. He is survived by: his parents, Jack Kline and Peggy Kline (Middleton); and his brothers, Kevin Kline and Keith Kline. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
