He is survived by: his wife Ellen Eubank (Clayton); his daughters, Celeste Schoenborn (Fabian), Myra Kerner (Ronald) and Marla Eubank; his grandchildren, Jacob, Noah, Audrey, Trevor, Merissa, Myles and Mia; his brother-in-law Charles Clayton; his nephew Trev Clayton (Nicole); and also Cyndi Lindeman.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Faith Hospice or Coopersville FFA Alumni Assoc.
