He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore "Max" and Inez Wells (Newell); his wife Karen Ada Wells; his son Tim Wells; and his siblings, Donna Kerr and Jerry Wells.
He is survived by: his son Jeff Wells (Francine) of Lapeer; his sister Virginia Sixx of Kingsley; and his daughter-in-law Sandra Stevens of Marlette. He is also survived by nieces & nephews and extended family and friends.
