He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kroetsch and Hilda Kroetsch (Hergott); his wife Shirley Gilbirds; his grandson David Kroetsch; his siblings, Ruth Westbrook (Scott), Helen Reinielt (Gerald), Wilfred, Leon Kroetsch (Georgine) and Joe Kroetsch; and his brother-in-law Sam Rich.
He is survived by: his children, DeAnn Blank of Snover, Marie Stock (Michael) of Rives Junction, MI, Charles Kroetsch of Snover and William Kroetsch (Janet) of Decker; his granddaughter Jennifer Anderson of Tampa, FL; his stepgrandsons, Jeremy, Adam Helton and Gary Grates; his daughter-in-law Donna Lacey of Venice Beach, CA.; his siblings, Kathleen Rich and Jerome Kroetsch; and his sister-in-law Suzanne Kroetsch.
