He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Kampe and Maude Kampe (Cook); his wives, Mary Elizabeth Penn, Ila Weston and Orpha Hazen; and his siblings, Ralph Kampe, Norma Ledebuhr, Ronald Kampe and Dwight Kampe.
He is survived by: his children, James Cook (Janet), John Cook (Brenda), Paul Cook (Jennifer) and Penny Jean Cornwell (Steve); his grandchildren, Kathryn Hamm (Eric), Kelly Cook, Aaron Cook (Lauren), Jacob Cook, Christine Gettig (Spencer), Conrad Cook, Aidan Cook, Mary Marion (Brent), Johnathan Cornwell (Alex), Jean Cornwell and Bethany Battaglia (Isaiah); his great grandchildren, Claire Marion, Eleanor Marion, Kelsey Gettig, Spencer Gettig and Kourtney Gettig; and also Barbara Childers.
