He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Rae Sieradzki; his brothers, Edward and Chester Sieradzki; and his mother-in-law Nancy Hartz. He is survived by: his former wife Janet Rae Hartz; and his children, Betty Jo Estfon (Doug), Nancy Blair (Tom), Lynne Pfromm (Bill), Sheri Radzialowski (Greg), Cindy DeVries (Shane) and Joseph Sieradzki (Sarah). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
