Stanley Knopf Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 15, 2021, at the age of 91, Stanley Knopf of Marlette, Michigan, born in Kalamazoo, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Knopf and Mabel Knopf (Knapp); his former wife Carol Mae DuBois; his daughter Laura Jean; his former wife Dorothy Mae Delamarter; his wife Rita Louise Gippert; his granddaughter Bethany Mae Nesbitt; and his sister Lois Knopf Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Kinnick (Randy), Brenda Nesbitt (Steve), Kathleen Simpson (John), David Knopf (Beth) and Nancy Mattson (Dave); his sister Janet Knopf Lincoln (Jim); and his nieces and nephews, Kathy Ruby (Tom), Garry Gippert (Barbara), Colleen McLaren (Dave), Jill Latham (Les), Jim Gippert (Laurie) and Kurt Gippert (Paula). He is also survived by his five children and their spouses; 22 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
