He is survived by: his parents, Lloyd Maynard and Ruth Maynard; his siblings, John Maynard (Carolyn), Janis Maynard, Sandra Dibble (Owen) and Shari Miller (Michael); and his nieces and nephews, Misti, Derrick, Tyler, Lindsay, Allison, Owen Jr., Kelli, Amie, Miles, Raymond and Randy.
