He is survived by: his wife Frances Knepp (DeClercq); his daughters, Connie Holt (Tim), Heather Newman (Craig), Carrie Orvin and Hope Morphew (Rob); his grandchildren, Dean, Garrett, Faith, Sara-Danielle, Madelaine, Christian, Nathan and Gracie; and his great grandchild Artemis.
